A New Way of Life After travelling the globe in the military for many years, Darryl Magee and his family settled down in Lexington, Virginia where they began Stonewall Country Properties. This was a completely new and unexpected way of life. The pace was slower; the quality of life refreshing; and the sense of security overwhelming. People are friendly here; everyone waves. No one honks their horn when the traffic light turns green. The man at the filling station knows you by your name and everyone you pass on the street says, Hello.
